A luxury, self catering holiday apartment, furnished to a very high standard throughout and enjoying spectacular, uninterrupted views over Crantock Beach.

Bedrooms

3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite shower rooms.

• Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to a private patio area.
• Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, which can be joined as a super-king double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room.
• Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, which can be joined as a super-king double bed, and a fitted wardrobe.

Dining/Lounge/Kitchen

The open plan area has an extendable dining table with 6 chairs, a breakfast bar with 4 stools, a 4 seater sofa and 3 arm chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, induction hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso Coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Utility

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

Wi-FI & TV

The apartment has a secure Wi-Fi connection with ethernet connectivity in each room.

There is a Smart TV giving access to terrestrial and streaming services (own subscriptions are required)

Short Stay breaks

Short breaks (less than 7 nights) can be accomodated however a cleaning and changeover fee will apply, as shown below.
