With uninterrupted, front-line sea views over Crantock Beach and with easy access to beautiful Poly Joke Beach you will be spoilt for choice.  Situated on a protected National Trust headland the apartments enjoy a peaceful and idyllic location in a unique area of outstanding natural beauty.

The apartments are on the West Pentire headland on the North Cornish coast with a pub, restaurant and spa within a few hundred yards. The village of Crantock is about 1 mile away and Newquay and Perranporth approx 5 miles away.

The current owners have been welcoming guests to this unique location for over 20 years.

The apartments are built on the site on the Goose Rock Hotel which opened its doors in the 1960’s. The changing trend of holiday makers looking for quality self catering accommodation led the owners to demolish the hotel and build 5, 3 bedroomed luxury apartments in it’s place.

The hotel was demolished in 2019 and the new apartments will be ready to welcome guests for 2022.

The apartments occupy one of the finest positions in Cornwall, being situated on the beautiful West Pentire headland, less than one mile beyond the village of Crantock and five miles from Newquay.

The apartments command magnificent uninterrupted views over Crantock Bay, Goose Rock island and for miles along the coastline. The beautiful beaches of Crantock and Porth Joke are easily accessible and the coastal footpath is on the doorstep.
