This luxurious apartment with stunning sea views offers a master bedroom with super king or twin configuration and ensuite Italian shower room, a second bedroom with super king or twin and a separate bathroom.  Large living space with full size bed settee, open kitchen, dining table, and lounge area. Luxury linen and towels provided, except beach towels. Two allocated parking spaces, additional parking spaces for visitors, an allocated locked storage area for surfboards, paddle boards and bicycles. Private entrance with a single flight of steps and a 20 sqm private terrace with exceptional sea view. Communal external wash down area for wetsuits, muddy shoes. Polly Joke, a secluded beach is a 5-minute walk away via National Trust pathways and Crantock Beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Please note from 2025 this apartment will change to Sunday to Sunday. A shorter stay (within Sunday to Sunday 2024) may be available depending on availability or season. Please note bookings of less than 7 days will incur an extra charge of £10.00 per day.  please enquire at [email protected]     For a stay which spans different price bands the appropriate daily rate is used. To note, this price list is indicative and we reserve the right to update pricing during the year.
